This event ("The Heist") is sponsored solely by JustPlay GmbH, Monbijouplatz 5, 10178 Berlin, Germany (registered with the Commercial Register at the local court of Berlin-Charlottenburg under HRB 222659 B). It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Reddit, Inc.
Open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry, worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of JustPlay GmbH or its affiliates, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate, consistent with the eligibility requirements in Section 5 of JustPlay's Terms and Conditions.
Each participant may hold only one Reddit account and one JustPlay account for the purposes of this event. Multiple accounts, referral abuse, botting, or any other attempt to gain additional entries will result in disqualification of all associated entries, at JustPlay's sole discretion.
All qualifying earnings and screenshots will be reviewed before winners are announced. Consistent with JustPlay's Terms and Conditions, all potential winners are subject to verification by JustPlay, whose decisions in all matters related to this event are final and binding. If a potential winner is disqualified (including for suspected fraud, automation, or bad-faith conduct), JustPlay may select a replacement winner by an alternate drawing. In deviation from Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions, only up to ten (10) alternate drawings will be held; any prize remaining unclaimed thereafter will be forfeited.
The $500 prize will be awarded to one qualifying entrant selected at random from all valid entries, using a publicly verifiable random selection method. The $100 prize will be awarded to the qualifying entrant with the highest verified earnings during the event period, as determined by JustPlay. In the event of a tie for the $100 prize, JustPlay will select the winner by random drawing among the tied entrants. Odds of winning the $500 prize depend on the total number of valid entries received. The event period is August 6–12. August 13 will be used to define and verify the winners. On August 14, we will announce and contact the verified winners to send them their rewards. The event is available worldwide. However, the event time zone is EDT, meaning that the start and end of each event day are based on EDT.
Winners will be contacted via official JustPlay subreddit modmail, in addition to the notification methods described in JustPlay's Terms and Conditions (direct message in the App and/or email), typically within five (5) business days of the winner selection. If a potential winner does not respond within thirty (30) days of notification, consistent with JustPlay's Terms and Conditions, JustPlay may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their prize. Prizes will be paid out via Tremendous.com.
Information submitted for this event (including screenshots and account data) will be used solely to administer and verify this event, in accordance with JustPlay's Privacy Policy.
This event and these rules are governed by, and subject to, JustPlay's Terms and Conditions. For entrants in the United States, these rules and any dispute arising from this event are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any such dispute shall be resolved individually, exclusively by state or federal courts located in New York City, New York, without resort to any form of class action, consistent with the governing law and class action waiver in JustPlay's Terms and Conditions. For entrants outside the United States, these rules are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the competent court for JustPlay GmbH shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
JustPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this event, as well as disqualify any entrant, at any time for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud or technical failure. By participating, entrants agree to these rules and to JustPlay's Terms and Conditions. All decisions by JustPlay regarding this event are final.
